1. Symptoms
- Rough idle and stumble
- Reduced power
- Flashing MIL
2. Common Root Causes
- Cylinder 2 ignition coil or spark plug failure
- Cylinder 2 injector fault
- Intake runner leak or valve seating issue
3. Diagnostic Procedure
- Swap ignition coil with an adjacent cylinder to isolate coil fault
- Inspect spark plug electrode and injector resistance
- Verify cylinder compression
